As I did not have the opportunity and it was not necessary for me to write a letter of disassociation, this matter afforded me the chance to do so to some degree.
I have rewritten it here with names altered, and it was handed to my elder jw neighbour before he went to the tabernacle this morning. I informed him anyone is most welcome to read it and to please be sure to distribute it to the appropriate congos in the area.

********** congregations of jehovahs witnesses.
To Whom It May Concern,
This past week my wife was spoken to by an unnamed silly old fool, who happens to be a member of your relgious cult, and who informed/suggested to her that I had spoken to Mr. *** ****** in relation to enquiring as to what was involved in "going back to the kingdom hall". Well, this surprised her, and upon being told of it, the news caused me utter disgust. Nothing could be further from the truth. I had spoken to ****** some months ago enquiring as to what I could do to determine the exact date of my disassociation meeting a number of years ago, as he, along with Mr. **** ****** were present at that meeting. I received a reasonable and satisfactory reply from ***** and that was the end of the matter to date.
As jehovahs witnesses are vile and prolific rumour mongers, let me set the record straight so that there can be no measure of uncertainty on your part. I apostacised (forsook the teachings etc, of jehovahs witnesses) and disassociated myself from the cult, for good reason, several years ago. I shun any association with them for reason of them being 'bad association'. I consider myself to be irreligious, and anti-religious, and especially have a robust loathing contempt for the teachings, beliefs, lifestyle, and adherents of the watchtower publishing corporation. I am proud to be a vocal, stauch, and hostile apostate opponent of the cult. To begin to imagine that I would even consider going back to that vile cult is delusional thinking of the grandest scale, but which is so common and typical amongst the cult followers.
I am thankful I had the wisdom to make the decision to leave which obviously was lacking on my part at the time I was recruited to the cult.
The religion is based around false hope, but the witnesses have no need to ever entertain the hope of me 'coming back' - and for that we can all be thankful. I would need to be either dead or in a coma to even enter a kingdom hall, and I acknowledge the only true words ever published by the watchtower publishing corporation, or spoken by a jehovahs witness is that "Religion is a snare and a racket". The witnesses inhabit a shallow pool of scum which fortunately is drying up as information concerning their practices comes to light.
